In this video I discuss the environment and culture of the Taj Hotel in Mumbai, India. I was inspired to do this by watching the movie "Hotel Mumbai" and then trying to understand how the employees behaved so heroically. In my estimation the hiring development processes utilized by the hotel are close to the hypothesis I have been discussing in other videos.
